Yeah I just can't help but feel maybe the market has overreacted to this... ? Bio is still a growth sector, energy is expensive and companies want to reduce their costs.... There's been a couple of good Bio deals, no doubt there will be more in the future...
Maybe there's not much margin in solar and they needed to sell the assets to reduce debt... Might be better to sell the assets, conserve cash, reduce the burn rate and hold out for better deals... Just some random thoughts...
