Excellent summary. The "mine, refine, recycle" strategy is well publicised. What is less well understood is the muliple strategic alliances approach that IXR is taking. IXR will capitalise on in that two tier market. That two tier market, or the real price of ex-China REO, clearly gives Tim, and the Strategic Partners, total belief. Our #1 Strategic Partner will be linked to the US refinery but once that domino falls, expect more announcements in other major jurisdictions to unfold. JMO. DYOR.
