B) The same argument can be made in reverse, if MegaBank doesn't want to negotiate, it would of already been reported that they've said no.
C) I assume a multibillion dollar hedge fund as the ability to raise the capital to replace the Mega loan
D) Assuming the worst, the same argument as before the legal issues were resolved, all the liabilities are related to SV and only SV is used as collateral. This still leaves Aristo which is worth alot more than $37mn.

For all of htrans unrealistic bullishness, you then have the guys that have sold their holdings ages ago or given up, that pop in time to say predict doom that never happens.
