we need a Thai based CEO and a Vietnamese based deputy CEO.
paid, puppet chairman in Australia is ok, the less chairman travel. the more money we save.
We also need chinese/hong kong/macau base directors.. maybe not the ASM guys, they're good with financials and stuff, but know nothing about casino. i also don't think the ASM guys are too interest in sticking around as directors for Donaco. The money is good, but they have many other work on their plate..
If ASM is intending on holding this stock for long term, then they will negotiate with Somboon to put personnel arrangement in place.
iam banking on them appointing a Thai CEO, if not someone in the South East Asia region.
