Years ago a certain Oz real estate publicly listed company whilst paying good dividends, decided to take the company private. Holders were given a pretty fair price for their holdings and privatisation went through.
Donaco perhaps should follow suit - just give us holders 50c - most will be happy with that by buying us out ie: take it private - then run it with an all Asian management and staff.
Once holders get paid I doubt they'll care too much about how its run or by whom and whether there are crime syndicates or legal wranglings involved or whatever. That way we'd have a certainty of returns. I'd be all for it.
