on 25 June 19, ON NUT ROAD pay US $26,425,000 to acquire the bond that contain 158,574,603 shares
which work out about USD 16.5 cents per share, or AUD 24 cents per share
then on 13 August, they another media release. Say they acquire the share for AUD 14 cents.
iam not sure, what happen. maybe they bought the bond, then ONC collapse the bond and sell the share at 14 cents (at loss of 10 cents) to ASM.. so they can claim capital loss to offset their other investment capital gain.. who know ?? i don't know what happen there.
But the fact remain that they've bought the bond for 24 cents per DNA share, when market price was only 6 cents. paying 4 times market price, whilst the company was i the middle of a huge legal battle.
