ASM is a USD $1.7 billion hedge fund, i don't think Somboon is that rich to have controlling stake and a say in ASM. Nor do i see ASM rep acknowledging with ASM guys.. though they could fake it to fool AGM attendee... maybe there was not relationship before AGM between ASM and Somboon, but there is certainly a relationship now and in the future.

iam all for capital raise at 14 cents.. it'd bring market price to 14 cents or close to it immediately.

sure holders with entry price above 20 cents, not happy. But for us holder at 5 cents, its music to our ears.
