Just 2 main factors, they are:
- Megabank refinance (which mean they've approved of the deal between Donaco and Somboon)
- Poipet border reopen (well, it gotta open sooner or later, 1 July reopening is on the agenda), and Vietnam border reopen (it will be open from 1 July, just the 14 days quarantine that''s inconveniencing players for now.. come September, they are likely to remove quarantining altogether)
as for profitability after Casino reopen... Judging from what i see when Casino in the US reopen.. Star Vegas and Ariston should be in similar situation.
These 2 factors will be resolved by 1st July. Make sure you place your bets before 1st July.
