There's been bots buying over the past few weeks trying to pump up the price.
volume is very small. So i don't think, its a pump and dump...
selling volume at 5 cents was very small, if it was a dump. you'd think they'll dump it at 5 cents and not 4.3 cents.
Question is... who's buying ? why buy today and not yesterday or last week ? any news coming ?
