    You are wrong. The assets can make money doesn't mean the money and value will flow to the right places.

    There is no confirmation Megabank agrees to the settlement let alone extending the loan and waive the covenant.

    Megabank has every right to not agree to the settlement if they felt they can't trust the people at helm and thus hurt their interest.

    If it is so simple as you think, why take so long to say yes or no given the settlement condition are already laid in plain sight?
