my assumption is they don't want to agree to refinance as the business has no revenue. However, that's a good point regarding the settlement itself. The fact that Mega's approval has taken so long is a big red flag. If Mega shared the view of the new board, that the settlement ends the legal battles which is good enough in itself, why hasn't it been approved?
