During the period that we have had the misfortune of this PPS and CU2 debacle our company have issued over 4 BILLION shares for the supposed purchases and fund raising of these companies.
THEN we have this latest announcement which totally contradicts the announcement of 7/11/2014 where it was stated
"The Board of MOTOPIA is pleased to announce that the Company has acquired a further 41% of CU2Global increasing ownership to 85% In addition the Company intends to make offers to the other current shareholders of CU2Global to acquire the remaining 15%."
In this announcement of 11/3/15 they state that we will now have a stake of 20-30%. (Surely the Directors know what % it will be).
So what happens to all the shares issued to these companies and their people(all at the expense of LT shareholders) are they going to be cancelled and repayment of wages, development costs, and the like repaid to Motopia.
