This looks really positive to me. Seems to indicate that management is confident about its cash position and its share price. (With a bit of wishful thinking an optimist could also take it as an indication that management is confident of one or more further substantial contracts in the near future.)
Is it only me that thinks this? Virtually no price movement and only two small buys on the back of this Ann!
