In my opinion the signing of the contract is almost a formality given that the contract has been awarded although I concede to being a little puzzled as to why the delay. It tends to indicate that some of its terms are still been negotiated.
I meant to comment in my last post about the positive effect of the most recent payment in lieu of share issue. Surely this is an indication by the company that they are very confident that the contract will be signed.
I will be intrigued to see what if anything happens to the SP on signing of the contract!! I tend to think that we might have to wait for another contract for any real traction but hopefully I am wrong.
