    I am not sure whether this is good news or bad. Any ideas?
    Have they earned enough to pay off a $4m loan, or is this just spin and simply an announcement that they have been unable to pay it off on time, and so have had to roll it over into a new type of loan?
    And paying 7% interest now as well.
