Honestly, as god awful as his comms have been, I tend to sympathise with him in terms of the challenges he's been faced with by the EPA. And as he's stated, he can't release certain items to market unless he has them in writing. But yes, there have been countless little updates which he probably did receive in writing that probably should've been released to market.

To me it just comes across as, they've been so busy trying to get everything teed off, they're not focussing enough time or effort releasing regular updates on all the small back-and-forth, because they just wanna reach the stage where they can announce larger-scale updates in terms of progress. But obviously they have legal obligations, etc etc.
