I hear what carna says about blaming others - however the presentation was a blow-by-blow of what they've done, created, submitted and where the goal posts are/have been shifted on them. So attribution is fine with me.
Next steps:
- I would seriously want to know if they are considering lobbying a minister or an entity to help progress the EPA. Its shown the EPA are uncertain of the process
