important to remain cool about these things though, he's still getting 300k cash a year and 500k of options..... he's paid very well to sort this kind of crap out. If not able, and honestly it sounds like they should, get a lawyer on the books to start documenting what is said in meetings and the appropriateness of the "procedures"... if you paid a lawyer 500k it would be worth every penny to get the EPA to f**K off.

however, yes... it has revalidated the business case and suggests the only cost will be time/opportunity.
