Sir,You need to allow shareholders to ask questions per the corporations act. If you silence shareholders, that will be a breach.
I understand that ASIC may be attending the meeting. All you have to do is be honest and open with shareholders and you will win them over. We don't mind delays, we don't approve of not being kept informed.
