    Agree. I would say that response is consistent with all other comms. Just pure arrogance. Wouldn't have hurt him to put a few better words together saying the same thing like unfortunately, blah blah.
    Oh well, fingers crossed they have paid the zoom fee and we don't get cut off after 30 minutes or whatever the free period is.
