As jdp said recently, it's better in fact if the May options don't get exercised. We're fully cashed up for now @ (from memory) $37M worth of research ahead. It's quite possible this research will raise the SP above $4.50, maybe even quite a bit higher, in which case any future CR would involve less dilution.
