ASX has been cracking down on companies saying they have Spodumene without assays done, so they've removed "highly prospective for spodumene bearing pegmatites" and changed it to just pegmatites and added which "may contain lithium".
So they obviously have visually seen it (WCN that is) but weirdly the ASX are being picky, when they've allowed some others to make such statements but I've also seen others have to ammend.
