I wouldn't rule out a CR in the mid term assuming that Stef is smart and gives us more drilling results, Cryovacc and PFS FIRST etc and if the share price goes vertical he might be mad not to do one.
However, $10-15M speculated in AFR is a strange number. For what? If true, would seem like a placement to mates and nothing more.
I think for now, trust Stef as he has done nothing wrong yet. The company has stated outright what it intends to do, and for now I think most holders should stay holding.
If a raise does come up $10-15M in the short term at a big discount that would be ugly town for RLT as trust in management would be gone.
Until then, trust Stef IMO.
