Yes, to sign up when the company is some way from phase 2 working shows that companies who need the gas are looking into the future to secure supply, and this could start RLT having to ration supply due to more interest.
The crap yesterday seems like it was a 'poop and scoop' attempt. If it worked, I would have scooped as much as I could.
