I did notice that the Australian non-executive directors of TTC do not hold any shares in TTC. They have been issued options however the exercise price is around 75c so pretty sure they won't exercise those in the next year or two.

The Chinese management (3 of them) are receiving a combined total of around $100k, while the 3 Australians are receiving a combined total of nearly $270k per year.

Could read and interpret this many ways, but it seems a bit suss.

What a farce. They either need to state clearly that they cannot repatriate capital or if they can, then justify why there has been no share buy back or dividend. When will the ASX step in?
