While the offer is putrid--what other alternate iS on the horizon--as Meo cannot fund any of it`s commitment without a C/R--would S/H participate in a C/R--with out a C/R ---ENI--may just be given what`s left--considering Meo cannot fund it themselves.This is what I see---can anyone offer or see an alternative.
Facts,concrete funding or J/V--nothing on the horizon---potential has run it`s race. Like many S/H having rose colored --is not a good business decision.One could ask themselves---if they where not already a S/H in Meo--would they invest given in Meo given their predicament .Those business minded investors know the answer !1 Fact will always beat--potential & fiction !!
