I believe most of the buyers for 4.3c are taking a punt on an improved or alternate offer. If, 5 days out from close of Redstone offer, there is nothing sell and make a 2.4% loss. If any better offer comes it would likely be in the 4.5-5c range and a quick 10% profit (roughly) and any bidding war makes it better. Not a bad return in a couple of months with a limited downside.
