    Sorry Stefan. Development is how to extract cashflows from an asset. i.e. Iron Ore, Copper Gold Lithium. It is still an asset to us shareholders if we have the right to the assets in the ground. How and when we see cash being generated is a different story. Presently if in 2 years FMG or Gina make 1 Billion a year the shareholders have lost an asset that was worth holding and possibly throwing more money at. Twiggy and Gina know the value of it and why Gina happy to make unconditional bid.
