    Can someone please enlighten me :
    Is there anything to stop Gina’s group collecting most of the shares currently going through at 4.3c.
    If allowed, her holding is -theoretically- increased along with vote weighting to support the 4.2c takeover.....
    Sale goes through. ...meanwhile her average price overall becomes something like .044c or whatever .... but she gets the company.
