    Can you please clarify that for us shareboy. Are you saying Hancock can only buy at 4.2c ...no more.....is that why the share price on the asx is stagnant at 4.3c .a blocking price?..so if someone wants to sell they can do it through the open market rather than sell to Hancock? DYOR
