There are no other offers, this statement is the only one they could give in Atlas' circumstances, it is conditional and does not preclude any other offers being made. AF will be working on other matters to neuter the HPPL offer without getting into a bidding contest where the most $$ wins. A little research shows AF didnt get to where he is with brains alone.
