Treasury believes that bhp is entitled to 6mt based on its contribution. PPA says that in exchange for other benefits to bhp, that 6mt was released by bhp.

What is most interesting is that there is nothing at all which stops Utah lease being taken up by majors. 2.71 attached.

Well said defabs this is my thoughts exactly they would benefit the most . Twiggy n Gina have got to know this and this is why Gina made a bid to knock out Min and maybe other buyers.
If BHP is the third player they would be accommulating slowly over the last couple of months in third party accounts and will pounce soon . Just my own theory DYOR .
