It would have recommended MIN's bid at 3 cents. It will do the same.

I can't see it not recommending this bid. It would say we worth either 3 cents or 10 cents but it I would say the bid is reasonable given circumstances. The bid is unfair but reasonable as beggars can't be choosy.
