What amazes me is how our board agreed to a break fee of 3.12 million dollars with MIN...…….You can`t tell me his lawyers fees to draft up that dodgy deal cost him that? I`m told it`s normal business to have a 1% of market cap in break fee. What really gets to me is that MIN walked away, THEN our board had no option but to recommend Hancocks offer.
I don`t need to be schooled to realise, he walked so he shouldn`t get paid!
Heres another angle to look at. Gina`s 1,852,006 shares cost her $66,213,801. If Twiggy offers 5c and she agrees to sell her share to him she will pocket 940k, almost 1 million dollars. Surely that would cover her costs, so why did our board agree to over 3 million dollars with MIN. We got shafted.
