Not sure everyone is thinking clearly here if Fortescue want Atlas for all its assets they will not be paying cash. Gina has more backing behind her only in my opinion, the most likely scenario coming from FMG will be a script offer Twiggy already owns 19.9% and knows that Gina will not let him have it @5cps, so to get all shareholders onside except those held with Gina's Redstone then his options will be best served to gain that required support by offering up a script deal that will blow Gina out of the water, in saying that if Gina comes out as she should with a better deal knowing full well the offer is still way undervalue of Atlas's assets then maybe Twiggy will just dump everything they have acquired.
As many have previously stated Atlas needs a complete turn around in its mining structures to become a force again normally a board doing their due diligence would be way on top of such things unfortunately somewhere whilst driving down the road they got lost and getting back to reality put them in the to hard basket so it was easier to sell everyone out and move on.
In any case options are we hold to get a better deal by the deadline date 3rd August 2018 before the deal from Gina closes so we still have plenty time to decide so hanging at least until we have the IE report from Min Res saga re hashed then announced will be our best option at this stage.
