Turtle as you know, I respect your opinion and ability to drink me under the table at Peter's Wake.
I don't think the Self Propelled Low Draft Barges are dead. BHP's multiple consultants pooh poohed the idea but I was still asking for solid reasons to reject.
The thought of these barges going to DFS Port have been totally debunked in Practice.
Going to Batu Tuhup still seems viable and appropriate.
Currently CKA don't have capital to buy barges. Will have to settle for leased conventional barges to get started.
