Usually when a SP is being held via a broker like CKA is ( my opion ) it will be for a CR or take over.
Money has to turn up from somewhere, hopefully sales, the way the SP has been going over the last while I don't think so.
The closer we got to sales the more the SP was pushed down.
If a take over came from within management that would simply be a disgrace. IMHO
