The big question would be whether they could get over 90% to force compulsory acquisition. Not holding my breath though.

Rain or not, I don’t expect anything for another couple of weeks at least. In fact January is sounding more likely at the moment.

Having said that, if LLB start digging in earnest from 10 December, stockpiles will start to grow at a rate. Furthermore the permanent jetty was 65% complete at end of September and is expected to be completed in January 2024. This will made loading easier and faster. Next year is starting to look much more promising! Hope they don’t get greedy or stupid (or both!) and disappoint us smaller holders !
