    You mean "little experience" because QMines is a young company?
    That's right, sure, but applies to all resources IPOs (that were usually founded 6 months to 3 years prior to the ASX listing).

    I meant mainly because of the track record of Andrew Sparke and James Anderson as directors of Alt Resources, which they sold after developping a project. Have a look at this page (announcement 8th of February):
