I suspect many of the 10 domestic projects JP usually references are not quite ready for offtakes if they’re not out of their own development/construction phase. And international customers may not bother signing an offtake until an export license is approved. Or they may sign a conditional offtake, but it’s highly doubtful they’d offer any prepayment without the export license. So all in all the Galan team are probably limited with what they can come up with, for now.
