re: Ann: Replacement Notice of 2013 Annual Ge... Had to laugh at the suggestion in the letter from the Board that the Minority Shareholder Group was trying to take over effective control of the Company.
Back in June, the Board which held less than 1% of the Company "gave away" 2.24% of the Company to selected staff.
