re: Ann: Replacement Notice of 2013 Annual Ge... Tried to vote but Metgasco still hasnt changed the electronic voting. I only have the papers with the resolutions to vote for the existing directors. If there are new resolutions when will they go onto the electronic voting? When will I get the new voting papers? Will I get them in time to send them back to the Company?
How does all of this work?
The announcement on friday included a letter from two weeks ago nominating new directors to be voted on at the AGM. Why did the Notice of Meeting come out on the same day as the Company received a letter nominating new Directors? Co-incidence or a bum rush from the Board?
What's the Board been doing all of this time? I would have thought the Board should have just included the other Director's names in the voting.
What's the big deal? Shareholders will either vote for them or they wont?? Why mess around withholding the voting papers? ... Shakes head
This all seems mean, tricky and underhanded to me.
Should they be delaying the AGM?
