Buying out shareholders would be a nasty thing to do periscopeup. I say this because it wasn't so long ago (2021) that the company came to shareholders with a share purchase plan at 7c. In it's time of need the company wanted shareholders to help out. Now when the company should be making money, and make no mistake a reasonable profit is all that is required to re-rate this company, are we to accept that we are now in a time of greed when only the board come first, and shareholders dispensed with. If you see that as the future, when shareholders have voted in favour of things like the remuneration reports, reappointment of directors, stumped up capital, while the much promised improvement in margins has itself been marginal, then pity help all investors hoping for a fair deal that cuts both ways.
