Luckily I sold back at the last peak around March. What a mess!
After reading the reason for termination of contract, how can you even trust these guys. If they get their own guys on the board, who's to say that they won't just funnel company money into their own mining services companies under "operating expenses". Once you lose your rep, that's it. It's no accident to use their own company for their own contracts. Would be surprised to see this vote through, but will be watching on the sidelines.
Those who favour a shake up, what reason and plan do they have provided to improve performance? Nothing on their website. The only motive left that I can see for a board change is the one I mentioned above, to suit themselves. What a joke!
