You’ve just got to make the best business decision.. eventually the share price does its thing. If you can buy ur own stock back at 0.5xNAV is that not the best use of capital rather than returning to shareholders - who’ll get taxed and might generate 10-15% returns with that returned capital? Most tax efficient shareholder return IMO and there’s a few keen SH’s who’d sell you stock at today’s price.
