I would have thought from the ann on SMS Tivan deal, that the royalty for Tivan would be paid to TNG (parent) and SMS, on a yet-to-be-negotiated split. And form memory this would not count for the initial Darwin plant, ie no royalty..?
I don't think investors in the Mt Peake project would get a direct interest in global Tivan licensing, just the project as a mining, refining operation. Could be wrong.
