I think 30k is huge pay packet for the workers in the Philippines....unless u r a CEO or director you'd be eclipsing that.
ave salary for office workers amount to about P25,000 per month which is P300,000 per year.
At current fx rate that amount to roughly AUD9,000, let's say round it to AUD10,000 per head per year.
A third of existing assumption of 30k PA. Hope this can clear the salary bit.
