Considering the Chinese have solely kept us afloat for the past 3 years, There’s obvious reasoning behind it. Personally I can’t see funds being a problem, I’d say it’s all about timing.
As for relist price my guess would be somewhere between 1-2c until the grand plan is unveiled. For now let’s just hope for no more hiccups as we approach the cutoff date..
