May as well flip a coin as no winners in this deal but are CPS in this to takeover a cheap company or just for the $$$$. GG and Raul are prepared to give up 48% of their company which they own 8% each which is not much in dollar terms and still do all the work for a reduced salary, i dont understand this at all....unless they know revenue is certain and they can pay out CPS sooner than later. Totally confused!!!
