    yeah i just took a detailed review of the prospectus....theres nothing in there that excites me

    I think Amplify is overpriced.
    i think CWL holders are getting shafted
    i think the board and management team are bloated for a company this size
    I think it will be years before they make any cash

    writing off my CWL investment here
